Just show up for your first session and ask at the front desk. We load a A$15 Gaming Bonus onto a fresh arena card the moment you sign up. It applies to play time, tournament entries, and the snack bar, and there is no minimum spend required.
What does the VIP Bonus actually include?+
The VIP Bonus is our loyalty program with three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Obsidian. Perks include discounted hourly rates, priority access to the mezzanine booths, reserved rigs on tournament nights, and early seeding into monthly majors. You climb tiers by earning Fortress Points through regular play.
Do I need to book ahead?+
Walk-ins are always welcome, but weekends and tournament nights fill fast. We recommend booking a station online for Friday and Saturday evenings. VIP Bonus members can reserve booths up to seven days in advance.
Can I bring my own controller or gear?+
Absolutely. Our stations support BYO controllers, headsets, and peripherals via USB. Every rig runs current-gen hardware on fibre, so you can plug in and play with your own settings within minutes of arriving.
Where exactly are you located?+
We’re on the ground floor at 117 Little Bourke Street in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, a short walk from Chinatown and Bourke Street Mall. The nearest tram stops are on Swanston and Bourke Streets, and Parliament Station is five minutes on foot.
Is the venue suitable for kids and casual players?+
Yes. Weekday afternoons are family-friendly with couch co-op and restored arcade cabinets. Under-16s are welcome until 8pm with a guardian, and our staff are always happy to set up games for first-timers.
